Where were you, what led up to it, what happened right after? Real details, not a summary. Part 2 — The turning point & the future self

What was the moment or realization that made you decide "no more"? * Describe a normal day once this change has taken hold. Where are you, what are you doing, how does it feel? If you could plant one belief about yourself so deep it becomes automatic, what would it say? What's one small, concrete thing you'll do differently this week? What image, place, or natural element captures who you're becoming? e.g. a quiet mountain, sunrise over water, deep roots, open desert

Part 3 — The sound

Should this feel like a slow exhale, or a driving forward march? What genre or instrumentation do you want this wrapped in? e.g. folk, pop, hip-hop, orchestral, worship, lo-fi — be as specific as you like Name 1–3 songs or artists whose feeling you want this to capture.
